Horse meat is low in fat and rich in iron. The fat content is three times lower than chicken meat and has a moderate cholesterol content of 60 mg/100 mg. In addition, horse meat contains important trace elements such as iron and zinc in higher quantities. The meat we use comes from animals raised in natural conditions, which guarantees uncontaminated meat without drugs and hormones.
